The VP of Mentorship & Academics is responsible for designing and maintaining the academic backbone of StratScholar. This includes building mentorship frameworks, ensuring high-quality mentor–mentee matches, and developing resources that support students in research, internships, and advanced academic pursuits. This role works closely with mentors, students, and internal teams to ensure that StratScholar’s academic offerings are rigorous, equitable, and impactful.
